We had recently moved to Denver and had a window of time to buy a house before our rental lease was up. Kelly is by far the best realtor we could have asked for. She went above and beyond from the start. My husband and I put our house on the market, and after getting an offer much quicker than planned, and the buyers needing to close within 3-weeks since they were military, my husband and I felt a ton of pressure to find our next house in Denver. We pretty much had 48 hours to find a home. With the time-crunch, Kelly went to look at houses on our behalf, she looked at different developments after hours, she went to a community to ask clarifying questions for us when neither my husband nor I could make it. We ended up finding a wonderful new build in just 46 hours! Through the new build process, Kelly has been beyond helpful, she has recommended fencing companies, sewer scope, and inspection companies, helped us negotiate appliances, and answered all of our questions. I truly feel I could call Kelly day or night and she would drop anything to help. We are closing on our new house this Friday, and through the tumultuous last three weeks, between COVID-19 and the dipping economy, Kelly was extremely empathetic and patient with all of our questions, and most importantly, she put my husband and I's best interest at the forefront of decisions and advice. Kelly is amazing to work with! She took the time to listen to what we wanted in a home, the areas we were interested in, and brought up several great points we hadn't yet factored into our decision-making. After showing us several properties, we decided to build our home. Luckily for us, she is an expert on the new build process and helped us multiple times with builder-related issues. She went above and beyond and helped keep them on schedule, and ensured the builder addressed the issues we had in a timely manner. It would have been a much more stressful process without the open and constant communication from Kelly. Kelly is also very quick to respond to questions and spent the time to explain things when we didn't understand something fully.
